Proposal development
During the early stages of a pitch or a new campaign for an existing client, we can help develop initial ideas and solutions which can be integrated with your proposals. This will ensure your creative ideas not only exploit online technology but are technically feasible. At this stage, we will also provide an outline summary of client requirements and indicative costing. If necessary, we can also attend pitch or client meetings.
Project definition
Once the final brief is known and the technical parameters of a project have been specified and documented, we will provide a fully costed proposal which describes processes, resourcing and costs required to deliver the project.
Testing & compliance
As part of any project we will jointly agree and document the parameters of acceptance testing. Prior to sign-off, we will undertake all agreed tests and take corrective action if required
Training
We will provide comprehensive on-site training for you or your client on any aspect of our solution which requires knowledge or maintenance (e.g. content management, e-mail marketing etc)
